How to Save on Shipping
For international orders - we have a flat rate shipping cost, combine your order with family and friends and share the shipping cost, recommended for all orders up to $249. All orders over $250 can only be sent via courier and the shipping cost is more expensive.

From Order to Delivery
We endeavour to package and post your order within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your order. However during busy times, this can be a bit longer, therefore we appreciate your patience. Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email. Orders placed after 12pm [Thursday to Sunday] are shipped from Monday or the next working day when there is a public holiday.
